You must submit full payment for the Marketplace Offerings you wish to order before your order can be accepted.
Payment is due immediately upon order, even for pre-orders. Once the payment has been initiated by you, the transaction is immediately debited. Payment can be made through the designated payment methods available on our website. We accept the following forms of payment:

By registering for one of the Marketplace Offerings, you agree to pay the applicable fees for the selected Marketplace Offerings upon registration. If you provide credit card, debit card, or PayPal account details to pay for these fees on the date of purchase, you confirm that you are authorized to supply such information and hereby grant “French With Love” permission to charge your credit/debit card on a one-off or periodic basis to cover the fees as they become due, based on the applicable fees indicated at the time of your subscription registration.
For the convenience of our subscribers, all subscription plans, including monthly, 3-month, and annually billed plans, will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless the subscriber cancels the subscription as per the cancellation policy outlined in these Terms and Conditions. You will be charged the applicable subscription fee for the next billing cycle unless you opt-out of the automatic renewal feature before the renewal date.
Your subscription will be automatically renewed at the end of each subscription term unless you inform us of your decision to terminate your subscription. The renewed subscription will have the same duration as the original subscription. At the time of renewal, your credit/debit card or PayPal account will be charged at the current fees for the applicable subscription.
We reserve the right to modify the subscription fees for our Marketplace Offerings at any time. Any fee changes will be communicated to existing subscribers in advance via email or through prominent notifications on our website. By continuing to use our Marketplace Offerings after the fee change comes into effect, you agree to the updated subscription fees.
On the renewal term of your Marketplace Offerings, your credit/debit card or PayPal account will be charged on your designated billing date. The billing date for your subscription will be determined based on the type of subscription you purchased. For monthly subscriptions, the fee will be charged on the same specific date each month. For 3-month subscriptions, the fee will be charged once every three months. For annual subscriptions, the fee will be charged only once per year.
Upon subscribing to our services, you will receive access to the online French courses and all content in the Members Area based on your chosen subscription plan. However, we reserve the right to modify, update, or terminate any part of our online courses, including course content, without prior notice.
By subscribing to our Marketplace Offerings, you agree to receive communications from us related to your subscription, including but not limited to account-related information, billing information, service updates, promotional offers and other notices. You agree that all electronic communications satisfy any legal requirements for written communications.
You may opt-out of receiving marketing communications from us at any time by following the instructions provided in the emails or contacting our support team. However, please note that opting out of marketing communications will not affect important account-related or transactional communications.
We may communicate important updates, maintenance notifications, or service disruptions through emails or announcements on our website. It is your responsibility to regularly review these communications.
Sales tax may be added to the price of purchases as deemed required by us. We may change prices at any time, but the price displayed when you click on order is guaranteed. All payments shall be in Euros.

Once the month has passed, the cancellation will take effect starting from the following month.
We reserve the right to cancel any subscription at our discretion if we believe that a subscriber has violated our Terms and Conditions or engaged in improper or unlawful conduct. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services, in whole or in part, at our sole discretion for any reason, including, but not limited to, violations of these Terms and Conditions, abusive behavior, or any activity that may harm our business or other users.
All payments are independently processed through third-party services. Therefore, our Website does not collect any payment information – such as credit card details – but only receives a notification once the payment has been successfully completed. You can pay via Stripe, or PayPal, the payment is secured by them. Security guaranty is managed by Stripe and/or PayPal.
If payment through the available methods fail or is refused by the payment service provider, we shall be under no obligation to fulfill your order. Any possible costs or fees resulting from the failed or refused payment shall be borne by you.
